Shadowsocks for specific app or create an internal proxy

Hi,

i wish to use in my Windows10 and or 2019 Server, Shadowsocks.

But only for specific apps, and not for entire system.

I don’t understand how is possible.

Or maybe can shadowsocks, create an internal proxy and i can use for example in firefox, 127.0.0.1:1080 and i can connect firefox to shadowsocks?

I have tried with forward proxy without success, no connection.

Please can you help me ?
