Can not access www.google.com(or some blocked website by GFW) Chrowe with ShadowsocksX-NG on MacOS

I can access google by config the proxy setting in firefox and command line. But I failed through Chrome Browser. Below is the output of command line.

Some builds of Chrome do not respect those environment variables. Try it out with the command-line argument like --proxy-server="192.168.1.251:8080"
